Events - 2008 Excellence in Education Gala - "A Fair to Remember"

Radiance is a female a cappella quartet with a unique sound and sparkle. Quartet members Vickie and Becky Maybury (mother and daughter) hail from Denver, Colorado, with Suzi Johnsen coming from Colorado Springs and Julie Starr from Sunnyvale, California. Quite a commute to rehearsals! All four are experienced barbershop quartetters and have won many awards in previous quartet combinations. This latest foursome offers a "special something" that earned them the right to go back and compete at the international level of the Sweet Adelines International quartet competition in Hawaii in November 2008. We hope you'll enjoy the sassy, jazzy style and good close harmony of this exciting quartet.
