The
Fremont Education Foundation is proud to give a grant to the
Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) each school year to fund
the After-School Band Program for all interested 4th, 5th & 6th
graders at no fee. These funds are raised each year during our
annual Music Telethon. No federal, state or district funds are
used.
Our goal this
year is to raise $75,000 to fund the 43 band classes in our 27
elementary schools, serving over 1,000 4th, 5th &
6th graders. These are the only instrumental music
classes offered in Fremont's elementary schools. We
are proud to have your community support for our
kids. This year our Telethon will be held from
7:00 ~ 9:00 p.m. on two evenings:
